Arboretum Committee
The Arboretum Committee oversees the establishment, development, and utilization of approximately 24 acres of land traversed by various easements into a permanent public arboretum park.

Ambulance Committee
The Ambulance Committee periodically reviews, as requested by Police, Fire, or the Board of Trustees, issues involving the utilization of emergency services.

Board of Ethics
In 2019, the Township Board of Trustees adopted the Ethics Policy of the Charter Township of Clinton. The policy provides minimum standards of conduct for elected and appointed officials.

Board of Review
The Board of Review is responsible for ensuring the Assessment Roll complies with the General Property Tax Act.

Budget Ways & Means Committee
The BW&M Committee is an advisory subcommittee approved by the Board of Trustees. The Committee receives items for review from citizens, department heads, developers, and referrals from the Township Board.

Building Committee
An advisory committee that assists and oversees construction projects referred to them by the Township Board.

Civil Service Commission
The purpose of the Employees Civil Service Commission is to implement rules and regulations covering personnel and conditions of employment in such a manner as to relieve elected officials from constituency requests for assistance in securing Township employment, as well as to provide employees freedom from political pressures.

Clinton-Macomb Public Library Board
The CMPL is governed by a district library board of eight trustees appointed by the board of trustees for Clinton and Macomb Townships.

Compensation Commission
The Compensation Commission determines the salary of each elected official. MCLA 42.6A of the Charter Township Act provides for establishing the commission.

Conservation Committee
The Clinton Township Conservation Committee promotes the sustainable use of our natural resources by supporting, promoting and implementing conservation measures throughout the Township.
